An Important Update Regarding Covid-19 and Our Office

We are happy to welcome our patients back and look forward to seeing new patients! As we have prepared to initiate the phase 2 of BC's restart plan, our office is in full gear and we've worked hard to setup a number of office protocols and measures for our patients and staff to ensure a safe visit. These are some of the changes you can expect next time you are in:

• ​Screening of every staff member on a daily basis for Covid-19 symptoms. Temperatures are checked daily 

​

• Screening of every patient for Covid-19 symptoms before their appointment.  Temperatures are checked on arrival (no-touch thermometer)  

​

• To reduce the number of people in our waiting room, we might ask you to wait outside until we are ready to see you (door will be locked)

​

• We are not seeing any walk-ins and all appointments will have to be booked ahead of time

​

• Hand sanitization and mask available for every patient on arrival​

​​

• Plexiglass barrier installed at the front desk

​

• Air purification units installed throughout the clinic

​

• Forms filled online and ahead of time

​

• Contactless payments available and Personal Pens to take home with you in case we need your signature

​

• Plenty of PPE available for our staff to ensure everyone's safety

​

• Cooler temperatures throughout the office as the PPE can get very warm. Please bring a sweater if you think you might get cold 

​
