Dental Fillings

When a tooth is decayed or chipped and has a cavity, your dentist might suggest a dental filling. A dental filling material is used to seal the cavity and helps preserve the tooth structure. At Aqua Blue Dental we only use white colored fillings that blend in naturally with your tooth structure and provide optimal strength and esthetics.

Dental Crowns

When a tooth is heavily decayed, cracked or fractured, your dentist might suggest a dental crown to cap the affected tooth. A dental crown, in addition to sealing the tooth from exposure, will provide structural strength for a fragile tooth and is often essential in the long preservation of the tooth.

Inlays & Onlays

When repairing a cavity, an inlay can restore your tooth in a more durable manner than a traditional filling. An inlay is typically made of ceramic, composite resin, metal, or gold.

An onlay is used to rebuild a tooth that has damage to one or more cusp. This treatment helps to restore optimal shape and function while saving as much of the natural tooth as possible.

Root Canals

A root canal is needed when the nerve of a tooth has become damaged by injury or infected by decay. This procedure saves the tooth and can help restore it to natural function.

With today's technology and tools at hand, a root canal procedure is no longer to be feared and as comfortable as getting a filling done.
